Errors

We will use our best endeavours to ensure the information provided on our website is recent and accurate. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability. We try to ensure that all pricing on the website is accurate, but occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. If we discover that a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Product Display
We have made every effort to display the products featured on our site as accurately as possible. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of the equipment you use to view our site, may greatly affect the colours you actually see on the screen. We cannot be held responsible for any limitations of the equipment you use to view our site and cannot guarantee that your equipment’s display of any colour or texture will be the same as the actual product.

We will make every attempt to ensure our website is free from viruses (or other conditions) which could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used. We reserve the right to refuse access to our website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged.

We may from time to time offer promotional offers on purchases made through our website www.1346Venice.com. All offers and promotions are at 1346Venice sole discretion and are subject to variation or withdrawal without notice. Offers and promotions cannot be applied to previously purchased items. Offers with a spend threshold always exclude delivery charges.

PURCHASING

Pricing
The price you see on www.1346Venice.com is the price you will pay at the checkout in AUD$. 1346Venice and associated entities are not responsible for incorrect pricing on external websites.

GST and taxes
All international orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%), however in most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. For customers in NZ, you may wish to use duty estimator tool www.whatsmyduty.org.nz , which gives a clear indication of potential customs charges. For all other international deliveries, you may be able to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

To comply with Australia export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise.’  We are also prohibited by law from marking the items as a gift, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

We will endeavour to have your items sent to you as per our delivery time frame. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you with regards to the issue as soon as possible.

Payment Issues
If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit / debit card or other chosen payment method after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to despatch your order. Additionally, on some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. This may be due to: the item being out of stock or no longer available, your payment being declined, our identification of a pricing error or product description error or an unspecified technical error. If you are sure you are using a valid form of payment, please try again or use a different payment method.

RETURNS

We conduct our business according to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which acknowledges your rights and entitlements as a customer See below for popular questions about our returns process and policy.

What is the return policy?
We have 3 rules of returns:
1. Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of purchase;
2. Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
3. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received at our Warehouse, your return request will be processed within 1 – 4 business days.
Once processed, your financial institution can take 3 – 5 business days to process the funds back to your account.

What are my return options?
You can choose between receiving a store credit, refund and exchange.
If you opt to be refunded you will be refunded the same way you paid.

What if my item is faulty?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, our Customer Service team will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt, any item purchased from the 1346Venice online store that meets the criteria of our online returns policy.

Unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt.

Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post.

Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).

For health reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on the purchase of

• underwear unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.

• Sale items are subject to the same returns policy.

If you have requested a refund for your online order, we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed.

Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

As 1346Venice is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.

Returning sale Item(s)
We request that you choose sale items carefully as we do not offer refunds on SALE items for ‘change of mind’ purchases. We will provide a refund or exchange on any sale item that is faulty or not as described.

However, for your convenience we are happy to offer a credit note for any SALE items purchased online which you would like to return for ‘change of mind’ reasons (including unsuitable size purchased), as long as the general online returns policy conditions, shown above, have been met.

Items which cannot be returned:
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for underwear.

This does not however affect your statutory rights in relation to such items if they are faulty or damaged when you receive them.
